Role Summary
Target Mafia is seeking a Web3 Product Manager to lead the development and management of DeFi, iGaming, and NFT products. You will define product roadmaps, oversee smart contract integrations, optimize tokenomics, and coordinate with high-value crypto users. This is a full-time remote role, with flexible hours and payouts fully in crypto. You will work closely with internal teams across development, design, and marketing to maximize product adoption and revenue.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Define and manage product roadmaps for DeFi, iGaming, and NFT projects.
- Coordinate smart contract development and frontend integration.
- Engage with crypto partners and whale users for testing and feedback.
- Analyze metrics, optimize product performance, and scale successful features.
- Lead cross-functional teams including development, design, and marketing.
Required Skills
- Product Management experience in Web3 / DeFi / iGaming
- Understanding of Blockchain technology and Smart Contracts
- Tokenomics and Token Engineering knowledge
- Analytics, KPI tracking, and strategic thinking
- Team collaboration, communication, and crypto payment management
Education and Experience
- 3+ years in Product Management (preferably in Web3 / DeFi)
- Experience with smart contracts and tokenomics
- Proven track record of successfully launched crypto or gaming products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product strategy and execution
- Upper-Intermediate+ English communication skills
