About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Graphics Designer with expertise in image creation, video editing, and UI/UX design to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience and a proven track record in designing for SaaS, AI or Web3 projects. You will play a crucial role in crafting high-quality visual assets, engaging videos, and intuitive user interfaces that enhance our brand identity and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design & Branding

1. Create high-quality images, banners, infographics, and illustrations for marketing and branding purposes.
2. Develop visually compelling designs for social media, ads, landing pages, and presentations.
3. Maintain brand consistency across all design assets.

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

1. Produce and edit short-form and long-form videos for marketing, social media, and product demos.
2. Add engaging motion graphics, transitions, and animations to enhance content.
3. Optimize video formats for different platforms (YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

UI/UX Design

1. Design modern, intuitive, and visually appealing UI/UX for SaaS platforms and Web3 applications.
2. Collaborate with product managers and developers to create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
3. Ensure responsive and user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile applications.
4. Working experience on Pichdeck.

Web3 & SaaS-Specific Design

1. Develop UI/UX for Web3 dashboards, blockchain applications, and crypto wallets.
2. Create engaging tokenomics visuals, and interactive Web3 experiences.
3. Understand SaaS user flows and optimize UI for user retention and engagement.

Collaboration & Strategy

1. Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to align design strategies.
2. Keep up with design trends, Web3 advancements, and emerging UI/UX best practices.

Requirements:

🔹 5+ years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and UI/UX.

🔹 Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality images, videos, and UI/UX work.

🔹 Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, XD, Figma, or Sketch).

🔹 Experience designing for SaaS platforms and Web3 applications.

🔹 Knowledge of crypto, NFTs, blockchain UI/UX principles, and gamification.

🔹 Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, and interactive design.

🔹 Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with cross-functional teams.
