Job Description:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Designer with expertise in graphics design, motion graphics, UI/UX, and Webflow. The ideal candidate will lead design initiatives across various channels, ensuring cohesive branding, intuitive user experiences, and engaging motion-driven visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphics Design

1. Develop and execute high-quality visual designs, including marketing materials, social media assets, and branding collateral.
2. Conceptualize and deliver visually striking campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
3. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align visual content with business goals.

Motion Graphics

1. Create eye-catching animations and motion graphics for videos, advertisements, product explainers, and social media.
2. Develop engaging video content that enhances storytelling and brand presence.
3. Stay updated on motion design trends and incorporate innovative techniques into projects.

UI/UX Design

1. Design user-centric interfaces for web, mobile, and app platforms with a focus on functionality and aesthetic appeal.
2. Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and deliver polished UI designs.
3. Work closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
4. Maintain consistency in user experiences across all digital touchpoints.

Leadership & Collaboration

1. Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate team output.
2. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, development, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver outstanding solutions.
3. Drive innovation in design strategies and contribute to overall brand evolution.

Desired Skills:

1. Experience: 4-7 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and UI/UX design.
2. Tools Proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, Sketch, Webflow, Blender and other relevant tools.
3. Design Expertise: Strong portfolio showcasing work across graphics, motion graphics, and UI/UX projects.
4. Creativity: Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
5. User-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and trends.
6. Motion Design: Proven ability to produce high-quality animations and motion visuals.
7. Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to collaborate across teams.
8. Problem-Solving: Adept at translating complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals.

Education and Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in design, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of professional design experience

Must-Have:

1. Experience in Blockchain/Web3 or Fintech applications 
2. Experience in 3D design and animation (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
3. Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML/CSS for seamless design-developer collaboration.
4. Knowledge of A/B testing and usability testing tools.
