Target Mafia is looking for a Junior Data Engineer to power our campaigns across crypto, iGaming, and Web3. You’ll build pipelines, data models, and ETL workflows that feed insights to media buyers, data scientists, and strategists. Your work will directly influence ROI, user acquisition, and campaign optimization.

What you’ll be working on

1. Build and optimize data pipelines and architectures for performance marketing and crypto campaigns.
2. Maintain and expand data warehouse models for scalability.
3. Ensure data quality, integration, and deployment across multiple platforms.
4. Translate business requirements into actionable data solutions.
5. Maintain ETL processes and support real-time and offline analytics tools.
6. Improve data infrastructure and automation continuously.
7. Learn from senior engineers and share knowledge with the team.

About you

1. Proficient in SQL (Hive, Spark, or similar) and basic Python skills.
2. Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.) and pipeline tools (Airflow).
3. Understanding of data warehouse concepts.
4. Knowledge of CI/CD and version control (Git).
5. Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and proactive attitude.
6. Bonus: experience with crypto, blockchain, or marketing data flows.
