Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and business-minded Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and convincing skills, a sharp business sense, and a passion for emerging technologies such as Blockchain, Web3, and Crypto. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients through strategic outreach, data-driven research, and value-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, identify, and qualify potential leads through calls, emails, online research, professional networking, and social platforms.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and creative thinking, contributing innovative ideas to improve sales strategies and client outreach.
- Utilize lead mining and data extraction tools to build accurate and targeted lead lists.
- Understand client requirements and deliver tailored blockchain-based solutions that address their business needs.
- Communicate with clarity and persuasion, showcasing excellent convincing and negotiation skills during discussions and demos.
- Schedule and conduct virtual meetings, presentations, and product demos with potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and technical teams to convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain and update all leads, communications, and opportunity pipelines in CRM systems.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new blockchain innovations to position our solutions effectively.
- Provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations to the management team for continuous sales growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in IT or blockchain.
- Strong experience in lead mining and knowledge of data mining tools (e.g., Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Skrapp, etc.).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a persuasive approach.
- Proven ability to develop business ideas and contribute to revenue-focused strategies.
- Experience in B2B sales and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
