The Position 

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage strategic technology projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing strategic technology projects for Enor Securities, planning, executing, and monitoring projects, ensuring delivery with excellence, on time, within budget and scope, and effectively communicating and positively and proactively influencing stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Global Project Planning and Leadership: Develop and manage projects, define scope, timeline, budget, and communication plan for each project. 
2. Project Execution: Manage the project team, allocate resources, and monitor project progress. 
3. Project Monitoring and Performance Management: Monitor project performance, identify and solve problems, ensure delivery on time, within budget and scope, measure performance and identify areas for improvement. 
4. Communication: Communicate effectively and consistently with stakeholders, including the CTO, project team, clients, and other departments on strategy, adjustments, and progress. 
5. Change Management and Risk Management: Manage changes in project scope, timeline, or budget and identify and manage project risks. 
6. Leadership: Lead the project team, motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals. 
7. Reporting and Metrics Management: Prepare project status reports and metrics for the CTO and stakeholders. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelors or Masters in Engineer, Computer Science or related fields  
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in project management. 
• Project Management: Proven track record of managing and executing large scale projects. This involves resourcing, budgeting, timeline creation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management. 
• Industry knowledge: Past experience working in banking or financial services is highly desirable  
• Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills, ability to be flexible in a variety of situations, able to work under pressure 
• Strategy Expertise: Ability to understand and translate regulatory requirements into product strategy and execution.  
• Analytical: Possesses strong analytical skills. Experience with impact assessment, requirement analysis, strategy development, and making data-driven decisions. 
• Communication and soft skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to articulate complex regulatory concepts and challenges to a range of stakeholders. 
• Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Adept at problem-solving, decision making, and conflict resolution. 
• Passionate about crypto. Industry experience would be of an advantage  
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
