Job Description

Join our innovative team as a Medior Digital Marketer! In this exciting role, you will be part of a dynamic team and have the opportunity to lead the charge in setting up well-structured lead-generation funnels through our social media channels, partnership network, and online community. 

Your focus will be on automating and scaling our marketing efforts to reach more of our target audience(s) and maximize our return on investment. As a member of our team, you will have the chance to work on exciting projects, and have a real impact on the success of the company.

As a Medior Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns

• Setting up, building, managing, and optimizing lead generation funnels through our social media channels, partnership network, influencers, and online community to drive leads and sales.

• Building and nurturing our online communities through engagement and content creation.

• Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

• Creating and delivering monthly reports on campaign performance and trends in our target market.

• Collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure a cohesive brand message.

• Measuring and analyzing the success of marketing campaigns, and making data-driven decisions to continuously improve performance.

• Running paid marketing campaigns and using analytics to continually optimize for performance.

Our new colleague likely has most of the following characteristics:

• Dependability - you meet deadlines and articulate roadblocks.

• 3+ years of relevant work experience.

• Working experience with major blockchain launchpads, influencers, exchanges, and VCs is a bonus.

• Strong analytical skills, with experience in Google Analytics and/or similar tools.

• A proven ability to manage people and marketing processes effectively.

• Familiarity with the crypto industry and a passion for technology.

• Fluency in English, with Dutch proficiency as an advantage.

• A proactive, agile, and solution-focused mentality.

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.

• Experienced in managing marketing budgets and delivering results.

• A solid work ethic and commitment to excellence.

• Lives in the South Holland region in the Netherlands to join us in our office regularly, yet with the flexibility of working from home and largely defining your own working hours. (Strong profiles from outside of the Netherlands are also considered).
  
  

A typical day for you will be similar to this:

• Daily stand-up with the team.

• Plan and execute marketing strategies, roadmap, and timeline.

• Optimizing lead generation channels by using a set of digital marketing-, analytics- and automation tools.

• Manage general PR with major announcements, conferences, podcasts, AMA's, and other opportunities.

• Communicate your ideas with the rest of the team and company & set targets, budget, and execute.

• Improve our branding and market position as a growing leading blockchain company.
