Job Description:

We are searching for an experienced Medior Designer with a passion for all things design and a flair for creativity. This role demands a talent capable of translating marketing campaigns into compelling visual narratives, crafting compelling visuals for blogs, and using advanced design toolkits and platforms. The ideal candidate would be at the intersection of design, technology, and the crypto-world, ready to bring Decubate’s vision to life in visual form.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce marketing materials for various campaigns, ensuring alignment with our brand’s tone and ethos.

• Create engaging and visually stunning images for blog posts and other online content.

• Collaborating closely with the marketing team to support our lead generation strategies through top-notch design work.

• Harness AI tooling to streamline and enhance design processes.

• Utilize Figma and Webflow proficiently in design projects.

• Draft detailed and clear wireframes for digital platforms and products.

• Collaborate closely with our digital marketing team to ensure the visual representation of campaigns resonates with target audiences.

• Take initial design concepts to polished visual solutions, taking feedback and iterating accordingly.

• Be willing and eager to expand into product design, driving the look and feel of new web3 solutions.

What We Look For:

• Proven experience in a similar role with a portfolio showcasing your designs.

• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Webflow, and any relevant AI toolkits.

• Knowledge of creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site mapping.

• An understanding, or a keen interest in, the crypto industry and web3 business landscape.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

• Familiarity with the current design trends and an appetite to stay updated.

• Fluency in English. Dutch proficiency is a bonus.

A Typical Day Might Look Like:

• Collaborative brainstorming sessions with the marketing team to understand campaign requirements.

• Sketching initial design drafts and gathering feedback.

• Using Figma to refine a visual asset for a blog post.

• Creating wireframes for a new feature on our platform.

• Constantly refining designs based on evolving requirements or feedback.
