Summary

The Thesis: Zynaris isn't a passive capital provider. We are an ecosystem engine. With a portfolio including Jito, Stepn, and Ondo, we focus on the raw infrastructure and primitives that will define the next cycle: DeFi, RWA, AI, and Infra. We are looking for an Associate who can spot a diamond in a sea of forks.

The Mission:

1. Deep Due Diligence: You will tear down whitepapers, analyze tokenomics models (flywheels vs. ponzinomics), and stress-test founder theses.
2. Deal Sourcing: You live on X, Farcaster, and Discord. You find the devs building in stealth before they even have a pitch deck.
3. Accelerator Support: You’ll work 1:1 with cohort founders on their GTM strategy and lead-investor relations.
4. Thesis Mapping: Identify the next frontier—whether it’s App-chains, ZK-hardware, or Modular Data Layers.

Who You Are:

1. Native: You’ve used a bridge, provided liquidity, and probably lost some money in a rug—and learned from it.
2. Analytical: You can explain the trade-offs between Monolithic and Modular stacks at 2 AM.
3. Networked: You have a "proof of work" in the space (a research blog, a solid X presence, or a history of early-stage scouting).
4. Fluent: Perfect English is non-negotiable. You’ll be debating with founders from SF to Singapore.

The Deal:

1. Remote-first, high-autonomy environment.
2. Direct exposure to Tier-1 VCs and the most ambitious founders in Web3.
3. Performance-based upside (Carry/Tokens).
