Job Description


We are looking for an experienced, charismatic, and well-connected Dubai Networking Lead to spearhead our community-building efforts in the region.



  • Develop and execute strategies to grow and nurture the ecosystem in Dubai, with the potential to expand to other regions

  • Organize and lead regular meetups, workshops, and events, targeting both web3 and web2 audiences, including investors and startup founders

  • Coordinate and host private dinners and other activities to build strong relationships within the industry

  • Build and maintain the brand's reputation as a go-to meetup destination in Dubai, amid heavy competition

  • Represent the company at various industry events, ensuring high visibility and engagement

  • Recruit and lead a team to facilitate business development efforts across multiple brands within the ecosystem

  • Secure access to events and speaking slots for key team members, increasing the company's thought leadership and presence in the market


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Brand recognition and recall in the Dubai tech scene

  • Value delivered to internal brands, aligned with their local KPIs

  • Growth in contacts, visibility, and strategic partnerships

  • Access to high-profile events and speaking engagements secured for the company



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Proven experience in networking, business development, or community management, preferably within the technology industry

  • Strong existing network within the Dubai tech ecosystem, including investors, startup founders, and industry influencers

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

  • Ability to organize and lead events, workshops, and networking sessions with confidence and poise

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team

  • Willingness to travel globally, as needed

  • Business development manager experience or previous network creation and management experience is a significant plus
