Summary

Role Summary

We are hiring on behalf of our client for a Token GTM & Operations Lead to own the end-to-end lifecycle of token launches and operationalize a unique IPO-style token mechanism for ecosystem builders. This role combines execution, narrative, growth, and attention-driving responsibilities with hands-on operational oversight. The ideal candidate has experience running token launches or trading infrastructure, understands the crypto-native attention economy, and can coordinate across product, engineering, community, and compliance teams. This fully remote role offers high autonomy, ownership, and direct impact on the success of token launches.

Duties & Responsibilities

Token GTM, Narrative & Launch Execution

1. Own the front-end of token launches, including growth, hype, community activation, narrative, and launch-day coordination.
2. Build and run attention engines from pre-launch → countdown → TGE → post-launch momentum.
3. Drive user growth, on-chain activity, community engagement, and KOL amplification.
4. Shape narratives to align with market cycles, crypto trends, and attention arcs.

Ecosystem & Builder Support

1. Support builders launching tokens via the IPO-style mechanism with onboarding, operational guidance, and risk guardrails.
2. Create playbooks for token economics, liquidity frameworks, launch operations, and marketing sequences.
3. Ensure builders’ launches align with best practices and maintain market credibility.

Attention, Community & KOL Coordination

1. Activate communities, KOLs, and key stakeholders for coordinated attention waves.
2. Lead growth, community, design, and comms teams to execute launch-day campaigns.
3. Maintain narrative consistency and post-launch momentum.
4. Operate hands-on: publishing campaigns, executing comms, engaging partners, and managing small squads.

Cross-Functional Operations

1. Collaborate with Product & Engineering on token infrastructure, IPO logic, dashboards, and reporting.
2. Coordinate with founders and operations for approvals and strategic alignment.
3. Work with Legal & Compliance teams on issuers, KYC, geofencing, T&Cs, and compliance workflows.
4. Own TGE workflows, ensuring cross-team execution is consistent, aligned, and timely.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

1. Proven experience in crypto across token launches, launchpads, trading/exchange operations, or liquidity functions.
2. Direct experience running a TGE or token issuance end-to-end.
3. Strong understanding of crypto culture, meme/meta flows, degen psychology, and attention cycles.
4. Growth-driven mindset: knows how to drive metrics and engagement in crypto contexts.

Skills

1. Strong narrative instinct: craft story arcs, shape brand perception, and build hype.
2. Deep understanding of token economics, market structure, liquidity mechanics, issuance flows, and vesting.
3. High-agency, fast-execution operator capable of structuring processes, checklists, dashboards, and SOPs.
4. Hands-on operational skills; able to direct small teams while driving execution personally.

Bonus / Nice-to-Have

1. Previous involvement in large-scale TGEs or exchange listings.
2. Existing relationships with exchanges, auditors, MMs, and compliance partners.
3. Experience running large, coordinated campaigns across crypto-native communities, CT channels, and KOL networks.
