The Mission: Zynaris runs the most ambitious Web3 hackathons and accelerator cohorts. We need a "Force Multiplier"—someone to turn 500+ global applications into a streamlined pipeline of funded startups. You aren't just an admin; you are the bridge between raw code and a market-ready protocol.

Your Orbit:

1. Cohort Management: Leading 10-12 week sprints. You are the primary point of contact for founders, ensuring they hit their build milestones.
2. Ecosystem Ops: Coordinating with mentors (Founders of Top L1s/L2s) and scheduling 1:1s that actually provide value.
3. Hackathon Lead: Running multi-week global build sprints. You’ll manage judging panels, prize distribution, and dev-support.
4. Founder Toolbox: Managing our stack of legal, audit, and infrastructure credits (AWS/Alchemy/QuickNode) for the portfolio.

Requirements:

1. Execution Machine: You’ve managed complex projects (accelerators, startup ops, or devrel programs) and never miss a beat.
2. Technical Literacy: You don't need to write Solidity, but you must understand what a "smart contract audit" or "liquidity provisioning" involves.
3. Systems Thinker: You live in Notion/Airtable and believe that if a process isn't automated, it’s broken.
