Are you our next WEB 3.0 MEDIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE?

The position

We are looking for an amazing, talented and enthusiastic medior sales representative (SR) to join our team and build the Web 3.0 ecosystem together! This is a unique opportunity to work remotely (or hybrid) as a full-time Web 3.0 SR in an exciting and highly engaging environment. 

If you are a self-driven and ambitious tech-savvy professional, we would love to meet you. We expect you to have previous experience qualifying and generating leads, soliciting potential customers, facilitating sales, and closing deals in the Web 3.0 ecosystem.

Ultimately, you should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. You should also demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and have good analytical skills. You will be working closely with our sales manager in managing the sales funnel and supporting all our outreach activities - all the way from content creation to reaching out and engaging with high-potential customers.

Important information:

  • You will work 40h/week, up to 160h/month;

  • You will work remotely, preferably from the Netherlands or Schengen area;

  • The communication with our team is 100% in English;

  • You are able to create your hours as long as you deliver what is needed and join our team meetings;

  • Freelancer contract with a base salary + commission for closed deals;

Duties and responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date with cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web 3.0 startup trends.

  • Identifying and qualifying promising projects within the blockchain and Web 3.0 industries according to our sales criteria;

  • Active prospecting of new customers for our products;

  • Create content to reach out to qualified leads; 

  • Initiating contact with potential customers through messages on different channels such as Telegram, Linkedin, and Email;

  • Moving solid leads through the sales funnel, arranging meetings, and closing deals

  • Participation in daily and weekly meetings with the sales team and Decubate team;

  • Give suggestions for operational improvements to our existing business flow;

  • Collaborating with sales executives to meet the company's goals and targets;

Prerequisites

  • Experience in blockchain and Web 3.0 environment is a must;

  • Proven experience in scouting and sales for at least 2 years and experience in WEB 3.0 B2B services and sales for at least 1 year;

  • Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous;

  • Fluent English writing and speaking;

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills;

  • Sense of prioritization and organization;

  • Attention to detail, critical thinker, and problem-solver;

  • Good time management and analytical skills;

  • Knowledge in the creation of content using ChatGPT;

  • Knowledge of Telegram, Discord and Twitter is necessary;

  • Knowledge in G Suite (drive and other tools);

  • Knowledge of CRM Hubspot is a plus;
