**Job Description**:

We are seeking an Instructional Design Specialist to join our team, whose primary responsibility will be to work closely with our subject matter experts and structure their knowledge into comprehensive, high-quality courses. The person will act as a project lead, overseeing every aspect of course creation from the initial conceptualization, planning and structure, to the final delivery of the course. The goal is to facilitate our experts, removing all aspects of the course creation process from their plate except teaching. 

**Key Responsibilities**:

1. **Instructional Design**: Collaborate with subject matter experts to extract knowledge and convert it into digestible content, including but not limited to newsletters, webinars, video lectures, and workbooks. 

2. **Course Development**: Define the course structure, create course outlines, design templates, and provide specific guidelines for experts to fill in. 

3. **Research**: Conduct extensive research on the best course formats and delivery methods for each specific niche. 

4. **Quality Assurance**: Ensure the course aligns with our quality standards and the learning objectives are met. 

5. **Project Management**: Act as the product lead and oversee the end-to-end course development process. Coordinate with the subject matter experts and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

**Qualifications**:

1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

2. At least 3-5 years of experience in instructional design and course creation.

3. Solid knowledge of course development software and learning management systems.

4. Proficient in project management and meeting deadlines.

5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

6. Ability to conduct thorough research and convert findings into actionable course formats.

7. Demonstrated ability to work with subject matter experts and convert their knowledge into structured course content.

8. Web3, Blockchain, cryptocurrency knowledge is a very big plus.
