We are looking for a digital marketing manager to successfully plan and implement marketing campaigns for the company's portfolio of current and prospective products. The ideal applicant should have knowledge of and expertise in using open-source software and digital channels to accomplish marketing objectives regularly. The ability to adhere to deadlines and goals in a remote workplace with little supervision is essential for this profession.

Responsibilities

Develop ideas, work together with other team members, and conduct creative growth experiments to enhance user acquisition and retention.

Create a strategy for using digital channels, such as websites, social media, email, and content marketing, and put it into action.

To ensure that a brand or product is appropriately and effectively positioned across all platforms while engaging with followers, one must own, design, and execute social media processes such as content generation, message calendars, and positioning.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal team members to drive the creation and execution of plans for optimizing digital marketing.

Oversee the measurement of digital channels, the team's communication of data and recommendations for optimization, and executive supervision.

Boost the target market's organic traffic and conversion rates and improve SEO results (s). Develop tactics to increase website traffic and search engine rankings while monitoring website performance.

Use pay-per-click and paid web platforms to maximize marketing expenditures.

Use various Web analytics tools to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives (Google Analytics, etc.) Lead and manage a marketing team that will be hired in the future and makes creative suggestions from the viewpoint of the target market or user.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience

Proven experience in crypto-specific B2C marketing and a keen interest in cryptocurrency, exchanges, and blockchain-based solutions.

An intense interest in cryptocurrencies, exchanges, and blockchain-based products, as well as demonstrable expertise in carrying out crypto-specific B2C marketing.

Familiarity with various digital marketing strategies, including content strategy & marketing, email marketing, growth marketing, and market trend analysis
