Job Title: Business Development Manager (Global Market)

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager on behalf of our client to drive global partnerships and growth in the fintech and crypto sectors. This role involves leading strategic business negotiations, developing relationships with global clients, and identifying emerging market opportunities. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding while representing the client at key industry events. This is a full-time, remote position with international travel opportunities.

Duties/Responsibilities

  1. Develop and manage partnerships with card issuing merchants, fintech companies, affiliates, media buyers, Web3 projects, crypto exchanges, forex platforms, and cross-border trading firms.
  2. Conduct international business negotiations, partnership discussions, and commercial deal structuring with strategic global partners.
  3. Represent the organization at major industry conferences, expos, and networking events worldwide.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams (compliance, technology, operations) to ensure seamless partner onboarding and sustained growth.
  5. Maintain in-depth knowledge of card issuing, crypto payments, and card acquiring; identify emerging trends and market opportunities.

Required Skills

  1. Minimum 2 years of business development experience in fintech, payments, or crypto.
  2. Strong understanding of card acquiring, card issuing, and on/off-ramp payment models.
  3. Experience with affiliate marketing or media-buying payments is advantageous.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  5. Self-motivated, accountable, and able to operate independently in a fast-moving global environment.
  6. Willingness to travel internationally for meetings and conferences.

Education and Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
  2. Proven track record in securing partnerships and managing business development initiatives.
  3. Experience working with international clients and cross-border transactions.
  4. Knowledge of crypto, fintech, and payment systems.
  5. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in global markets.
