Job Title: Manager – Business Development, Digital Assets

Role Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Business Development Manager to support revenue growth and client expansion within the blockchain and fintech sectors. This role focuses on building and executing strategic sales initiatives, developing long-term client relationships, and expanding market presence, particularly across APAC. The position requires a strong understanding of digital assets and cross-cultural business development. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.

Duties/Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base within blockchain and fintech.
  2. Analyze industry landscapes, market trends, and competitive dynamics to inform sales strategy and account direction.
  3. Identify and pursue up-selling and cross-selling opportunities across existing client relationships.
  4. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients for existing and future digital asset products.
  5. Prepare sales performance reports, revenue forecasts, and pipeline updates for senior management.
  6. Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and recurring business.
  7. Develop a deep understanding of cultural nuances to effectively engage stakeholders across different regions, particularly APAC markets.

Required Skills

  1. Strong background in business development or sales within blockchain or fintech environments.
  2. Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and commercial decision-making skills.
  3. Proven negotiation, presentation, and objection-handling abilities with a solution-oriented approach.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Digitally savvy with the ability to adapt to evolving technologies and market conditions.
  6. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.

Education and Experience

  1. Minimum of 6 years’ experience in sales or business development roles.
  2. Demonstrated success within the blockchain, digital assets, or fintech industry.
  3. Strong understanding of blockchain systems and solutions is highly desirable.
  4. Experience managing complex client relationships and long sales cycles.
  5. Proven ability to work in both collaborative and competitive environments.

Additional Requirements or Expectations

  1. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai.
  2. Applicants from the APAC region are strongly preferred to support regional business growth.
  3. Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, or Chinese is highly preferred; English is required.
