The Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Development & Institutional Sales (Regional Latam). As a Business Development & Institutional Sales professional at eNor Securities, this professional will be a key architect of our institutional client base. Leveraging your expertise in financial services and blockchain technology, they will forge strategic partnerships, build strong client relationships, and drive significant revenue growth by developing and executing innovative sales initiatives. Their success will be instrumental in propelling eNor to the forefront of institutional crypto adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Institutional Growth: Develop strategies to acquire high-value clients and build strong relationships with key decision-makers at hedge funds, asset managers, and other institutions. Customize investment solutions leveraging eNor's offerings.
  • Lead Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes impacting institutional crypto adoption. Develop compelling proposals that effectively communicate eNor's value proposition.
  • Business Development & Strategic Partnerships: Build partnerships with complementary businesses to expand eNor's reach and distribution channels. Explore M&A opportunities to accelerate growth and market share.
  • Deals Execution & Revenue Generation: Lead the sales cycle from initial contact to successful deal closure, exceeding revenue targets. Manage a robust client pipeline and ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with product, technology, and marketing teams to launch new products and implement effective go-to-market strategies. Collaborate with the Distribution of Services & Products Manager for client onboarding and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or institutional sales, ideally in financial services or fintech.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of the institutional crypto market, including regulations and investor needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for identifying new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
