Role Summary

All Web3 Success (AW3) is building the world’s first PRFi (Public Relations Finance) platform — bringing transparency and verifiable performance to KOL and media collaborations.

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to shape the look, feel, and flow of our DApp and brand experience.

Responsibilities

1. Design intuitive UI and smooth UX for our Web3 dashboard (task escrow, reputation system, rewards).
2. Build a cohesive brand and visual system across website, DApp, and marketing assets.
3. Work closely with product and frontend teams to translate ideas into high-fidelity designs.
4. Prototype and refine user flows for both desktop and mobile experiences.
5. Create visual assets (graphics, icons, motion ideas) to enhance storytelling and product appeal.
6. Iterate quickly based on feedback and user testing.

Requirements

1. 3+ years of UI/UX or product design experience (preferably in SaaS or Web3).
2. Skilled in Figma (or equivalent design tools).
3. Strong sense of hierarchy, composition, and component-based design.
4. Understanding of crypto/Web3 user experience is a plus.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Salary: $3,500 – $5,000 / month

2. 制定整体品牌视觉与 UI 设计规范，确保网站、DApp、运营物料风格统一。
3. 与产品经理、前端开发、市场团队协作，实现从概念到高保真原型的完整流程。
4. 设计桌面与移动端原型，关注用户路径流畅与一致性。
5. 参与设计素材创作（图标、动效、视觉构图），提升品牌叙事感。
6. 根据用户反馈快速迭代、优化产品体验。

岗位要求

1. 3 年以上 UI/UX 或产品设计经验（SaaS / Web3 优先）。
2. 熟练使用 Figma 或类似设计工具。
3. 理解组件化设计与响应式布局。
4. 对 Web3 产品体验、用户行为有一定了解。
5. 良好的团队协作与沟通能力，能适应远程协作节奏。
