Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically adept Technical Partner Manager to join our QuickNode Marketplace team. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing providers of Web3 APIs and services, driving revenue growth for both our partners and QuickNode. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our Marketplace offerings and enhancing the overall developer experience.​

What You'll Do

  1. Partner Acquisition: Conduct outbound initiatives via email, Telegram, and X to identify and engage potential partners, bringing new Web3 APIs and services into the QuickNode Marketplace.​
  2. Onboarding Support: Guide prospective partners through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless integration of their services into our platform.​
  3. Partner Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with existing partners to discuss performance metrics, explore growth opportunities, and promptly address any ad-hoc requests.
  4. Performance Analysis: Audit current Marketplace add-ons to identify areas for improvement, aiming to increase conversions and drive growth.​
  5. Quality Assurance: Test the functionality of Marketplace add-ons before and after they go live, ensuring a high-quality user experience.​
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Content, to develop go-to-market strategies, promote partner launches, and create comprehensive guides and documentation for add-ons.​
  7. Event Participation: Attend industry events and conferences to network with providers of Web3 APIs and services, staying informed about the latest trends and opportunities.​
  8. Data Reporting: Utilize Metabase to create reports, gaining insights into usage, adoption, and trends of Marketplace add-ons.​
  9. Strategic Initiatives: Develop and execute innovative playbooks aimed at growing partner revenue and enhancing the Marketplace ecosystem.​

  1. API Proficiency: High-level understanding of REST and RPC APIs, with the ability to facilitate integrations and troubleshoot issues.​
  2. API Testing: Competence in using tools like cURL or Postman for testing and interacting with APIs.​
  3. Data Analysis: Ability to write basic SQL queries and create insightful reports using Metabase.​

Performance Metrics:

Success in this role will be measured by:​

  1. Growth in partner-generated revenue.​
  2. Overall revenue growth of the QuickNode Marketplace.​
  3. Number of new partners onboarded.​
  4. Partner Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.​

Team Collaboration:

This role requires close collaboration with:​

  1. Sales Team: To develop and execute go-to-market strategies and advance partnership opportunities.​
  2. Marketing Team: To promote partner launches and enhance Marketplace visibility.​
  3. Content Team: To create comprehensive guides and documentation for Marketplace add-ons.​

Reporting Structure:

The Technical Partner Manager will report to the Senior Director of Ecosystem and will not have direct reports.​

Travel Requirements:

This role includes travel commitments, including:​

  1. Attendance at team offsites four times per year.​
  2. Participation in conferences and events 2-4 times per year to engage with industry partners and stay abreast of market developments.​

Location and Work Environment:

  1. This is a fully remote position.​
  2. Candidates must be available during U.S. working hours.​
  3. Preferred locations include Austin, Texas, or Miami, Florida.​

The US base salary range and level for this position are $152,217 - $169,130 per year and level P4. International ranges, in local currency, will be discussed during the hiring process with applicable candidates. This role is eligible for a quarterly bonus tied to company and individual goal achievement. We consider years of experience, level of proficiency in job function, the technical competencies required and location when determining base salary ranges for positions and levels.
