About the Role:

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and experience creating and executing successful social media campaigns. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates

• Create and publish high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for social media platforms, including Twitter, Reddit, Facebook and CMC Community.

• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization

• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a strong sense of community on social media

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and design, to ensure that social media initiatives are effectively integrated into the overall marketing strategy

• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure that the company's social media presence is competitive and effective

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing

• Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and technologies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Beneficial to have:

• Previous experience in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry

• A background in graphic design or experience using Adobe Creative Suite

• Familiarity with SEO best practices

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
