Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead product planning and execution for our Web3 platform.

You will define product scope, prioritize features, and work closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality products. This role requires strong ownership, clear decision-making, and the ability to drive execution in a fast-paced startup environment.

Duties/Responsibilities

- Define product scope and priorities for each release

- Work closely with engineers and designers to ensure smooth execution

- Manage product backlog and sprint planning

- Ensure product quality, usability, and user experience

- Make clear and timely decisions to avoid delays

- Align product direction with business and growth goals

Required Skills

- 3+ years experience as a Product Manager (Web3 or SaaS preferred)

- Strong ability to define scope, prioritize, and execute

- Experience working closely with engineering teams

- Solid understanding of UX and product structure

- Familiar with Agile / sprint workflows

- Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset

- Fluent in English, and able to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin preferred)

Nice to Have

- Experience building or shipping Web3 products

- Understanding of DeFi / SocialFi / Creator economy

- Startup experience
