The Role

Were looking for our first Enterprise Product Marketing Manager - someone capable of collaborating with our Product team to deeply understand our products and translate that knowledge into positioning that resonates with web3 enterprise prospects and customers. By building targeted marketing campaigns and quantitative, value-based sales collateral, youll drive pipeline generation among some of our most important Customers. 

This role is expansive in scope and impact, and the best part is how excited the team is for someone to come in and rock this role - youll be a superhero from Day 1.

What You'll Do

  • Develop comprehensive customer-facing content that helps prospects understand QuickNodes products and the value they could provide their business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to distill and quantify QuickNodes competitive advantages, and cascade those data points across sales collateral
  • Manage and execute campaign workflows, including segmentation and target management
  • Leverage segmentations to execute email marketing campaigns, targeted at specific use cases and pain points
  • Craft, deploy, and conduct A/B test messaging to optimize conversions
  • Identify enterprise market requirements/opportunities, develop Go-to-Market Strategies, and ensure strong alignment with cross-functional teams, especially the Sales team
  • Engage with Sales and cross-functional teams to maintain direct alignment on all enterprise marketing-driven campaigns/promotion strategies
  • Explore new forums and test new formats for engaging the target audience, such as webinars, small-scale conferences, etc.
  • Evaluate the impact and ROI of all campaigns to gauge success and forecast potential future investment

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in Product and Enterprise Marketing
  • Proficiency in developer product marketing, if not web3 developer marketing
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to audiences with varying degrees of web3 understanding
  • Proven excellence and examples of crafting targeted, quantitative, and value-based sales collateral
  • Experience in digital marketing, email marketing, and demand / lead generation
  • Self-starter attitude and the ability to implement new ideas independently
  • Ability to strike the right balance between perfection and shipping quickly
  • Strategic thinking coupled with the ability to independently execute strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, move fast, and iterate tirelessly based on feedback
  • Lots of enthusiasm for testing, experimenting, embracing failure, and learning!

The base salary and level for this position in the United States are $148,500 - $165,000 per year and Level P4. International ranges, in local currency, will be discussed during the hiring process with applicable candidates.
