About Dlicom

Dlicom is a privacy-first SocialFi super-app that combines encrypted messaging, social earning, and self-custody crypto payments in a single, seamless user flow. We’re entering an active marketing phase and are looking to build a strong, recognizable visual identity from scratch — not just “nice visuals,” but a coherent brand system that can scale across product, marketing, and community.

Important: this role will start with Dlicom, but will also support other affiliated projects within our group of companies as needed.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a senior-level Brand & Visual Designer who can own the full visual direction end-to-end.

This is not a pure SMM designer role.

This is not a UI-only role.

You should be comfortable designing both brand systems and practical marketing assets, with a strong understanding of Web3 aesthetics.

Responsibilities

1. Create a full brand identity and brandbook from scratch
2. (logo usage, colors, typography, grid, tone, visual language)
3. Design a mascot / character as part of the brand system
4. Define key visuals for marketing and product
5. Design the landing page (Figma, Webflow-ready structure)
6. Create SMM assets (X / Telegram / Discord banners, campaign visuals)
7. Maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints
8. Build scalable templates for future campaigns
9. Support affiliated projects within the group after initial Dlicom rollout (brand + marketing visuals)

Requirements

1. Proven experience in brand identity / brandbook creation
2. Strong portfolio with crypto / Web3 / fintech / IT projects
3. Ability to think systemically, not just visually
4. Experience designing landing pages and marketing creatives
5. Strong skills in Figma (and Adobe tools where needed)
6. Ability to work independently and take ownership
7. English communication skills
8. Experience with mascots or character design

Nice to Have

1. Understanding of Web3 culture, aesthetics, and audience
2. Motion basics (simple animations, loops)
3. Webflow knowledge (optional)
