About the Role:

As our Founding CMO, you will be the architect of our brand, voice, and community. You’ll lead all things marketing, from product launches to community growth, influencer partnerships, content strategy, and token launch campaigns.

You won’t just join a project.

You’ll co-create it with the founding team.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a full-stack Web3 marketing strategy (content, community, paid, partnerships).
2. Grow and manage communities across Discord, Twitter, Telegram, and emerging platforms.
3. Build the brand narrative and tone of voice that resonates with the Web3 audience.
4. Plan and drive token launch campaigns (if applicable).
5. Establish key Web3 ecosystem partnerships and collaborations.
6. Lead content marketing: newsletters, blogs, AMAs, podcasts, etc.
7. Organize online/offline events (Hackathons, Web3 summits, Community meetups).
8. Own and track KPIs — community growth, engagement, brand mentions, etc.

Who are we looking for:

1. 6+ years of hands-on marketing experience (preferably 3+ years in Web3/crypto).
2. Deep understanding of Web3 culture — memes, degen culture, community vibes.
3. Proven experience in scaling online communities from scratch.
4. Strong storytelling skills — can turn complex ideas into viral, simple messaging.
5. Experience in growth hacking, influencer outreach, and crypto PR.
6. Comfortable working with founders, investors, and communities alike.
7. You’re scrappy, resourceful, creative, and excited to build from zero.
8. Bonus if you have experience with token launches or DAO marketing.
