Summary

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management from initiation to completion, aligning team efforts with client and business objectives.
- Mentor and manage a team of project managers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Serve as the primary client liaison, advising on priorities, balancing client needs with resources, and maintaining clear communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define project scope, develop strategic solutions, and oversee pre-trade, trade, and post-trade requirements for smooth product onboarding.
- Identify areas for operational enhancement, lead automation initiatives, and ensure technical resolutions are efficiently managed.
- Partner with the sales and relationship management teams to provide pre-sales expertise and tailor onboarding solutions to client requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project tracking using tools like Confluence, SharePoint, and Airtable, ensuring team adherence to deadlines.
- Develop and implement best practices for team performance and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years in project management or operations within financial services, with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team, driving collaborative and high-impact results.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Jira, Asana) and the Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences.
