Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to drive our global KOL and influencer partnerships. You will identify, onboard, and manage crypto influencers, content creators, and community leaders to boost brand awareness, user growth, and engagement worldwide.

Responsibilities:

1、Build and maintain relationships with global crypto KOLs and influencers.

2、Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, monitor KPIs, and optimize performance.

3、Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to align campaigns with business goals.

Requirements:

1、A他 least 2 years in crypto operations, influencer marketing, or exchange growth.

2、Strong knowledge of crypto communities, social media (Twitter/X, Discord, Telegram, YouTube).

3、Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

4、Fluent in English; remote work ready.
