Summary

The F&A team comprises multiple functions from Financials Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury and Operations. Together, the team optimizes our global finance initiatives and enjoys being detailed-oriented while multitasking across various exciting project scopes

Responsibilities

  1. Assist in preparing monthly management reports
  2. Support financial projections and group accounting functions.
  3. Verify data from different reporting tools by daily/ weekly/ monthly basis
  4. Coordinate with the internal and external parties to handle day-to-day duties
  5. Manage all aspects of cash and digital asset for the Group
  6. Provide finance and treasury assistance with new business initiatives
  7. Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  1. Bachelor degree preferably in finance, accounting, business or equivalent
  2. 4 years + professional work experience in finance, accounting and/or treasury; audit experience a plus, less experienced candidates will be considered as Senior Associate grade
  3. Strong interpersonal skills, good team player, detail-minded, self-motivated, able to multi-task and able to work under pressure
  4. The habit of paying painstaking attention to details, correct data and following procedures meticulously
  5. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  6. Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel (V-lookup and Pivot Table)
  7. Familiar with accounting software (Oracle/ NetSuite) is a plus
  8. Prior experience in digital assets is a plus
  9. Immediate availability preferred
