Summary
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Development (BD) Manager or Director to lead
the global expansion of our CEX and DEX products, especially in the area of derivatives
trading in international markets. This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
and works closely with product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute global growth strategies for our CEX and DEX businesses, with a
special focus on overseas derivatives market development and partnerships.
2. Build and maintain long-term, strategic partnerships with international clients through
proactive outreach and relationship management.
3. Design and implement business development roadmaps—including deal negotiation,
contract execution, and performance evaluation.
4. Build and manage overseas business channels and BD teams focused on contract trading.
5. Regularly monitor international competitors in the derivatives space, gather market insights,
and collaborate with the product and marketing teams to enhance trading functionality.
6. Track and analyze global user growth data—covering metrics like user acquisition,
retention, and conversion.
7. Formulate effective global marketing strategies and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly
operations plans.

Requirements (Note: Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required)
• Remote-first culture with options to work from major global financial hubs. Proficiency in
English is required, along with at least one other major language.
• 5+ years of international business development experience in cryptocurrency exchanges orDeFi projects; 2+ years of experience in the blockchain industry is required. Preference given
to candidates with a background in CEX or derivatives operations.
• Work experience at leading global exchanges (e.g., Binance, OKX, Huobi, Coinbase) is
mandatory.
• Deep understanding of global CEX/DEX ecosystems and familiarity with international crypto
markets. Ability to conduct effective cross-border research and analysis to support global
business decisions.
• Strong creative and strategic thinking skills; ability to plan and execute international
business initiatives and navigate the global derivatives trading landscape.
• Preference for candidates with established business channels in key regions (e.g., English
speaking, Korean, Japanese, Southeast Asian, or Western markets).
