The Position 

We are seeking a Treasury Assistant to support the CFO in managing the treasury function for eNor Securities, a fast-growing cryptocurrency investment platform.  The Treasury Assistant will play a vital role in building a strong foundation for the company's financial health.  We are looking for a creative, hardworking, and eager-to-learn individual with a sense of urgency who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Cash Management : Partner with the Head of Treasury to establish efficient cash flow management processes, ensuring smooth operation and financial stability. 

Financial Planning: Assist the Head of Treasury in developing the company's budget and financial business plan, contributing valuable insights and analysis to support informed financial decision-making. 

Investment Management: Assist in asset management by producing external transparency reports that clearly communicate investment performance and internal reports that provide key insights for strategic decision making. 

Reports: Contribute to reports and documents covering accounting transactions for management review, ensuring a comprehensive financial picture is presented for informed leadership decisions. 

Treasury Operations & Compliance: Collaborate with the Head of Treasury to update and refine treasury policies, ensuring alignment with best practices, regulatory requirements, and the company's evolving financial needs. 

Requirements: 

Currently studying business or economics (preferred). 

Hands-on experience developing reports, workflows, and financial procedures. 

Strong attention to deadlines and meticulous adherence to guidelines. 

Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

Sense of urgency and a proactive approach to work. 

Interest in the cryptocurrency industry and a willingness to learn. 

Previous treasury experience (a plus). 

Passionate about crypto. Industry experience would be of an advantage  

Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish
