Summary
What you'll do
- Conduct assessments across departments to identify skill gaps and prioritize training needs.
- Collaborate with department leaders to ensure training programs align with business objectives.
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs on leadership, soft skills, technical skills, and compliance.
- Coordinate and manage both in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Maintain and update the LMS, ensuring it reflects current courses and accurately tracks employee progress.
- Provide LMS support to employees and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Develop metrics to assess training program effectiveness and use data to drive continuous improvement.
- Gather participant feedback and refine programs based on insights.
- Oversee the training budget, including resource allocation and vendor selection.
- Collaborate with external vendors to deliver specialized training as needed.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or a related field; certification in training and development (CIPD, ATD) is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in training management or a related role.
- Proficiency in instructional design and familiarity with e-learning platforms.
- Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
