Summary

What you'll do

  1. Conduct assessments across departments to identify skill gaps and prioritize training needs.
  2. Collaborate with department leaders to ensure training programs align with business objectives.
  3. Design, develop, and deliver training programs on leadership, soft skills, technical skills, and compliance.
  4. Coordinate and manage both in-person and virtual training sessions.
  5. Maintain and update the LMS, ensuring it reflects current courses and accurately tracks employee progress.
  6. Provide LMS support to employees and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  7. Develop metrics to assess training program effectiveness and use data to drive continuous improvement.
  8. Gather participant feedback and refine programs based on insights.
  9. Oversee the training budget, including resource allocation and vendor selection.
  10. Collaborate with external vendors to deliver specialized training as needed.

What you'll need

  1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or a related field; certification in training and development (CIPD, ATD) is a plus.
  2. 3+ years of experience in training management or a related role.
  3. Proficiency in instructional design and familiarity with e-learning platforms.
  4. Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills.
  5. Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
