Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Trainer to join our Content Moderation project. This role is critical to ensuring team readiness, high performance, and compliance with project KPIs. The ideal candidate will have a background in content moderation or customer management, strong training and coaching skills, and the resilience needed to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver training programs for new hires and existing team members (Training & Nesting).
  2. Design and conduct refresher training sessions based on project challenges, quality insights, top errors, and product updates.
  3. Provide floor support, answer associate queries, and ensure policy clarity and accuracy.
  4. Generate and publish daily training and nesting performance reports.
  5. Conduct ongoing knowledge checks and timely training sessions based on recurring issues or updates.
  6. Collaborate with quality and operations teams to align on performance expectations and training priorities.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
  2. Training certifications (e.g., Train-the-Trainer, Instructional Design, or Facilitation) are a plus
  3. Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a training role, preferably in content moderation, BPO, customer service, or related industries
  4. Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs for adult learners
  5. Familiarity with moderation guidelines, community standards, and escalation protocols is a strong advantage
  6. Language Skills: Proficient in English – reading, writing, speaking, and listening (B2 level or higher)
  7. College graduate is a must but those with relevant experience will be considered.
  8. Candidates must demonstrate a willingness to work on-site with a flexible schedule at our office locations in Imus or Bacoor, Cavite.
