We are now looking for a remote Delivery Manager to join our team, on a full time basis. Description of the role and can discussed in an interview.

Job Description:

• Establishing and managing customer expectations on delivery of the main project
• Performing ancillary research and supporting the client for new projects (internal sales)
• Arranging logistics for the product to ship (cross-team communication with frontend/off chain services)
• Encouraging MVP driven design choices and actively promoting these choices to both customer and developer teams
• Unblocking the developer team by any means necessary.
• Negotiate compromises with the client to ensure positive outcomes
• Being actively engaged in white paper -> high level spec translations and project planning.
• Escalating issues that arise beyond the scope of a single project/department/client scope
• Steering products toward MVP, delivery targets, audit-readiness and getting required resources in place to do so.
• Assisting as needed with Sales and new client onboarding procedures
