Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Strategic Finance Intern to join our team. This internship will provide an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, and decision-making processes within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in the financial budgeting process by coordinating with teams to ensure alignment between group initiatives and local strategies, while identifying risks and opportunities.
2. Learn to build financial models and provide data analytics to understand business conditions and evaluate the economic implications of various actions.
3. Support subsidiaries and group businesses by highlighting performance trends and identifying causes of unexpected variances.
4. Analyze financial performance from different perspectives
5. Provide decision support by monitoring business drivers, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
6. Prepare financial analysis reports for senior management to aid in decision-making, both periodically and on an ad-hoc basis.
7. Participate in strategic initiatives, including M&A and fundraising activities.

Requirements

1. Currently enrolled in a Business / Investment / Economics degree program
2. Strong quantitative and effective communication skills
3. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
4. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
6. Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and eagerness to take on new challenges.
