About the Product

You’ll work on Tradex, our core platform powering trading infrastructure, exchange services, and internal operational tools. Tradex handles real-time market data, high-throughput workflows, and financial integrations, with ongoing work around automation and AI-assisted features.

Current Openings:

1. Software Engineer

Hourly Compensation: $40 – $50 per hour

As a Software Engineer, you will help develop and maintain Tradex, our core platform that powers trading infrastructure, exchange services, and internal operational tools. This role involves backend development, web interface contributions, and systems supporting real-time trading and financial workloads.

- Tech Stack: Node.js, Python, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Redis, AWS, Docker, CI/CD

- Responsibilities: Build backend services, design APIs and real-time features, integrate AI-assisted features, improve system performance, reliability, security, and observability.

- Requirements: 3+ years of experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, experience in real-time systems.

- Nice to Have: Experience with fintech, trading platforms, or digital assets, familiarity with order books and market data feeds, exposure to AI or LLM integrations.

2. Trading Bot Developers

Hourly Compensation: $40 per hour

As a Trading Bot Developer, you will design, implement, and maintain automated trading bots that interact with financial markets. Your work will be integral in building scalable systems to execute trades autonomously.

- Responsibilities: Develop trading bots, integrate with exchange APIs, monitor bot performance, troubleshoot and optimize systems.

- Requirements: Experience with Python, trading platforms, and API integrations.

- Nice to Have: Experience with real-time trading systems, market data feeds, and exchange APIs.
