Job Description
Summary
As a Senior Product Manager for Web3 Initiatives, you will spearhead our next generation of Web3 products.
You will be at the forefront of innovation, leading the strategy and development for key strategic projects including our non-custodial wallet, the Vision Chain (our regulated Layer 2 blockchain), and the Vision Protocol (our cross-chain interoperability solution).
Your goal is to bridge the gap between traditional finance and the decentralized world, making Web3 accessible to everyone.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the product lifecycle: From conception to launch and beyond, you will define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for our Web3 ecosystem.
- Drive the roadmap: Translate complex user needs and business requirements into a tangible, prioritized product roadmap.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work deeply with engineering, design, marketing, legal, and compliance teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure products.
- Analyze and optimize: Conduct in-depth market research and data analysis to identify new opportunities and ensure our offerings remain competitive.
- Communicate strategy: Act as a key liaison, effectively communicating progress and priorities to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced PM: You have 5+ years of experience in product management, with a significant portion spent in the Web3, crypto, or fintech space.
- Web3 Expert: You possess a deep understanding of blockchain technology (consensus mechanisms, smart contracts) and major public chain ecosystems.
- Infrastructure Savvy: You are familiar with non-custodial wallet infrastructure (EOA, MPC, AA), cross-chain protocols, and DeFi concepts.
- Technically Minded: You have a strong technical background, enabling you to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on complex technical challenges.
- Leader and Communicator: You have a proven ability to lead and influence in a fast-paced environment and a passion for creating intuitive, user-centric products.
