As Immutable continues to scale, data is becoming even more critical to how we make decisions, build great products, and deliver meaningful value to our users. We’re on the lookout for a Senior Product Analyst who’s ready to step into a high-impact role, partnering closely with our B2C and Rewards teams to drive product excellence through data.
This role is your opportunity to be at the heart of product innovation. Helping shape strategy by uncovering actionable insights, designing thoughtful experiments, and translating complex data into compelling narratives. From analysing user behaviour to measuring the success of new features, you’ll play a key role in how we prioritise, build, and iterate.
You’ll work side-by-side with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Growth Marketers. Not as a back-office function, but as a true thought partner. Your insights will directly influence the roadmap, and your work will help us create more engaging, efficient, and rewarding experiences for our players and partners.
You’ll Be Empowered To 🎮
- Partner closely with Product, Growth, and Design to inform roadmaps and prioritisation using data.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of user interactions and feature usage to uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Design and run experiments (A/B tests) to measure the impact of new features and initiatives.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate performance to key stakeholders.
- Provide clear recommendations backed by strong data storytelling and product thinking.
- Help improve how we measure product success by developing frameworks and tracking strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices in analytics, experimentation, and emerging tools.
We'd Love You To Bring 🤝
- 4–5+ years of experience in product analytics, preferably in a high-growth, tech-led environment.
- Strong SQL skills – this is your primary tool for querying and analysis.
- Experience designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests.
- Solid understanding of statistics (regression, time series analysis) and how to apply them to real-world product problems.
- Excellent data storytelling skills, ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Commercial mindset and a strong sense of customer empathy.
- Experience working cross-functionally and presenting findings to non-technical audiences.
Bonus Points For ✅:
- Familiarity with Looker or other BI tools.
- Exposure to consumer products or product marketing.
- Interest in Web3, crypto, NFTs, or gaming.
- Knowledge of behavioural psychology or monetisation strategy.
