The Role:

As a Senior KOL Manager at Decubate, you will play a crucial role in representing the company and managing key opinion leaders (KOLs) within the industry. With a minimum of 4 years of experience in the web space, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with influencers, coordinating marketing campaigns, and driving brand awareness. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the web landscape, and the ability to effectively represent the company's values and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities with influencers across different regions.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement globally.
• Monitor and analyze KOL performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities worldwide.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align KOL activities with business objectives and marketing goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities for partnership and collaboration.

Remote Working:

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the web space, with a focus on influencer management or digital marketing.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively represent the company and engage with key stakeholders.
• Strong connections and relationships with influencers and industry leaders across Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining global relationships and driving successful marketing campaigns.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
