Summary
Responsibilities:
- In-charge of handling the operational duties in the office such as:
- Overseeing office and reception area, ensuring a clean and conducive environment
- Arranging and sorting of parcels and mails
- In-charge of office renovations and space planning
- Manage vendors and service providers such as cleaners, sub-contractors etc
- Handle tenancy matters including liaising with landlords, manage contracts and tenancy agreements
- Keep track and ensure availability of office equipment, systems and other fixed assets
- Monitor budget and expenses
- Provide support to visa application (Employment visa, travel visa, etc)
- Other duties as and when required
Requirements
- Possess solid experience in similar capacity handling office administration, facilities management etc
- Well-organized individual
- Possess strong abilities to multi-task
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Min. Degree in any disipline
- Familiar with visa application
- Dual languages speaker - Mandarin & English
- Familiar with Malaysia labour law (EPF,SOSCO,Foreigner Taxation,Medical etc)
