Summary

Your role:

  1. Ensure the precise, timely, and reliable execution of all client communications across email, push, and in-app channels.
  2. Implement and optimize automated campaigns and triggered flows across direct channels
  3. Partner with internal teams, including Content, Design and Product, to design, validate and launch new campaigns.
  4. Translate cross-functional briefs into structured, executable operational plans.
  5. Define and manage client segmentation and targeting to ensure campaigns reach the right audience.
  6. Own the communications calendar, set prioritisation and keep stakeholders aligned.
  7. Safeguard communication integrity by monitoring cadence, conflicts and message overlap.
  8. Analyse campaign performance and drive continuous cross-channel optimization.
  9. Maintain and improve operational tooling, templates, workflows and data logic.
  10. Provide visibility, reporting and operational insight to support decision-making.

  1. 5+ years of relevant experience in client communication and campaign automation.
  2. Proven track record in client retention, campaign optimization, and journey automation.
  3. Proficiency in client segmentation and ability to tailor campaigns to different audiences.
  4. Advanced proficiency in automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar).
  5. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset that turns reporting data into clear insights.
