Summary

Encore is a leading event production company, offering in-person, hybrid, and virtual events within hospitality or any venue with a presence in Mexico and the Dominican Republic.

The Project Manager must manage immediate response capacity to internal processes, customer service, and good staff management (between 10 and 20 people), leadership, stress management, and provide practical solutions to the area's problems.

Functions:

  1. Know the internal processes of the area in timeline, show floor, production.
  2. Event Management and Customer Service.
  3. Establish and manage assembly times appropriately.
  4. Get involved in the creative process, scenography, motion graphics, and event set-ups.
  5. Properly manage errors and expectations and provide effective solutions to the client.
  6. Understand the client's expectations for their event through in-person, virtual, or hybrid meetings, in order to understand the specific requirements of the requested event.
  7. Organize and execute rehearsals for the events to be held.

Requirements:

  1. 2 years of experience in specialized management in the areas of scenography, design, rigging, video, audio, and lighting.
  2. Completed Bachelor's or Engineering Degree
  3. Intermediate-advanced English.
