Product Manager (cex)

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for international blockchain products, conducting product research, scenario analysis, competitive product analysis, demand planning and prototype design, interaction design, etc.

Control the progress and rhythm of product development throughout the entire process, conduct in-depth research on the business, create innovative and differentiated products in the industry, and enhance the core competitiveness of the products.

- Be responsible for the exchange products, conducting product research, scenario analysis, competitive product analysis, demand planning and design, interaction design and other work;

Have a deep understanding of derivatives, master the calculation, risk control, and the entire trading process and scenarios of perpetual contracts, copy trading, spot trading and other businesses, and independently provide the rules and documents for output products.

Conduct data tracking and analysis for the projects in charge, and continuously improve the product strategy by combining product research, user studies and other means.

Work closely with departments such as UI/UX, R&D, and testing to promote the implementation and landing of the project, and work together with departments such as marketing, business, and operations to drive the growth of the product after its launch.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, telecommunications, computer science or related fields;

More than three years of experience in contract products, familiar with the product development process of Internet companies;

- Focus on users, enjoy experiencing various software products in daily life, and be good at thinking about problems from the perspectives of user growth and business growth.

- Have a sense of product ownership, be good at communication and coordination, and be able to withstand high work pressure;

- Must have working experience in the blockchain trading industry. English as a working language is preferred.
