Responsibilities
- Support Platform Operations across Pre-Trade, Trade, and Post-Trade phases, delivering timely and professional support to clients and partners.
- Facilitate and manage projects from initiation to completion independently, anticipating resource needs, and communicating project status and risks proactively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Research, Marketing, Product, Operations, Client Service, and Technology to define requirements, develop solutions like dashboards, reports, and process automation, and support new solution deliveries.
- Conduct business and data analysis to troubleshoot issues, support data-driven decision-making, and optimize operations through innovative solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation in platforms like Confluence, SharePoint, and Airtable, and use project tracking tools to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships internally and externally, and provide clear and proactive communication to ensure alignment and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Develop expertise in CAIS platforms and investment products, and contribute to special projects as needed based on skills and interests.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in solutions or operations within financial services, with Alternative Fund knowledge a plus.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a proactive, self-starting attitude in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, and Tableau, and the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies to build effective solutions.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to manage relationships effectively.
- Commitment to continuous professional growth and team improvement, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite and a willingness to adopt new tech tools as needed.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field is preferred.
