Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Market Strategy & Growth: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, user behaviors, and competitive landscape. Develop and implement regional operation strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  2. Operational Execution: Collaborate with the BD team and local partners to optimize business plans, refine operational policies, and support product development to meet regional needs.
  3. Performance & Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously improve operational efficiency through data-driven strategies, including traffic acquisition, user segmentation, and engagement initiatives.
  4. Campaign & Community Engagement: Design and execute promotional campaigns tailored to regional users, including incentive programs, partnerships, and community-driven activities, to boost adoption and transaction volume.
  5. Merchant & User Management: Oversee P2P merchant verification, provide operational support, and address merchant-related issues to enhance the user experience and maintain platform integrity.
  6. Risk & Compliance Coordination: Work closely with compliance and risk management teams to ensure adherence to local regulations, mitigate fraud risks, and maintain a secure trading environment.
  7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, legal, and customer support teams, to drive seamless execution of operational initiatives.

Job Requirements

  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 years of operational experience, preferably in fintech, payment solutions, or cryptocurrency P2P trading. Experience in growth hacking and regional expansion is a plus.
  3. Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the Africa & MENA P2P and OTC trading landscape, user behavior, and regulatory environment.
  4. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to leverage insights for strategic decision-making.
  5. Communication & Language::Fluent in English and Chinese
  6. Adaptability & Leadership: Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and a proactive mindset to drive regional success.

  5. Merchant and user management: Manage the P2P merchant review process, provide operational support, solve merchant-related issues, improve user experience and maintain platform integrity.
  6. Risk and Compliance Coordination: Work closely with the compliance and risk management teams to ensure compliance with local regulations, reduce fraud risks, and create a safe trading environment.
  7. Cross-departmental collaboration: Work with internal teams such as marketing, product, legal and customer service to promote the efficient execution of operational projects.

Job requirements:

  1. Educational background: Bachelor degree or above in finance, banking, business administration, marketing or related majors.
  2. Industry experience: At least 2 years of operational experience, experience in fintech, payment solutions or cryptocurrency P2P trading is preferred; experience in growth hacking or regional expansion is a plus.
