Job Responsibilities:

• Mainly conduct name screening and data matching to identify potential money laundering/terrorist financing activities and higher risk customers
• Perform non-individual and individual KYC review in support of the Firm's new client onboarding and existing client review in a timely manner when needed
• Investigate the alert-triggered cases from transaction monitoring rules and prepare the Suspicious Transaction Reports when needed
• Maintain accurate and complete records of all investigation and findings
• Ensure the quality, accuracy and timeliness of each investigation and task and achieve the productivity target
• Able to handle volume spikes and prioritize work and projects to meet business demands in a timely manner
• Be responsive to queries about the investigations and related risk mitigation measures raised by Business and Support Units

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in any discipline
• At least 1-2 year of experience in a similar role in a financial institution. Candidates with more experience but open to work shift are also welcome.
• Strong attention to detail and research/investigative skills
• A self-starter with passion for combating financial crimes and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Ability to interact effectively with Business Units, global colleagues and build effective working relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Open to work on a roster basis
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin is a must
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
