Summary
Your role:
- Ensure successful, accurate execution of client communications across email, push and in-app.
- Support the setup, configuration and QA of automated campaigns across direct channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Content, Design and Product to prepare assets, validate details and launch new campaigns.
- Assist with segmentation by setting targeting parameters and ensuring audiences are correctly defined.
- Maintain the communications calendar, update timelines, track assets and monitor approvals.
- Prepare reports on campaign performance to support continuous improvement in engagement and effectiveness.
- Help maintain operational workflows, documentation and templates to support smooth delivery processes.
What we look for:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in client communication and campaign automation.
- Experience in building templates, incorporating feedback, and delivering campaigns on time.
- Understanding of segmentation and ability to tailor campaigns to different audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- A practical, hands-on approach, always looking for ways to improve and test new ideas.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar automation systems is a plus.
