Summary

As an Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Intern for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland), you will support the team in driving performance and growth through affiliate partnerships. As part of the Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in performance marketing while contributing to day-to-day campaign execution and optimization.

What you will do

1. Work closely with internal stakeholders to support affiliate campaigns and closing partnership deals to drive user acquisition.
2. Assist in campaign setup, tracking, and reporting to help achieve performance goals.
3. Support the management and strengthening of affiliate partner relationships.
4. Analyze campaign data to identify trends, optimization opportunities, and learn about performance drivers.
5. Help monitor budgets and ROI to support data-driven decision-making.

Who you are

1. You are outgoing, proactive and structured 
2. You have a strong interest in performance and affiliate marketing; first practical experience (internships, working student roles, university projects) is a plus.
3. You are native in German and fluent in English.
4. You are detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn from data.
5. You’re comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and basic reporting.
6. Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact is a plus, but not required.
