Role Overview

Crypto Banter is hiring a head of human resources to assist in finding and managing the best candidates in the crypto, tech and finance industry. This candidate will sit in strategy meetings and play a fundamental role in curating a strong team, to continuously excel in a high stress and high-performance environment. 

 Responsibilities 

       Recruitment and hiring candidates for roles within the business.

       Conduct disciplinary hearing and actions.

       Managing employee payroll and benefits

       Designing and updating existing company policies

       Maintain and manage all employee records.

       Managing the training and induction process

       Supporting the health and wellness of employees

Job Specifications

       5+ Years experience in recruitment

       Experience in recruiting a wide range of candidates from media, tech, finance, design, and marketing.

       Previous experience in creating/updating company policy.

       Have worked in high pressure environments and excelled.

       Experience in managing 50+ employees in a business.
