Summary

This is a full time role, can be based in Indonesia or a remote position in Asia, preferably talent who knows Indonesia market well and able to converse in Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

Boost sales and contribute to our long term business goals by growing and establishing relationships with potential clients/agents/partners

Design and implement ongoing growth activities online and offline to engage, acquire and retain user pool and trading volume

Handle disputes arising from P2P transactions on the platform and support users/clients with troubleshooting to resolve their issues

Constant monitoring of transactions, investigating and reporting suspicious activities

Conduct in-depth data analysis to understand user behavior, market trends, and growth opportunities in Southeast Asia

Leverage on regional user data and insights to contribute to the team’s growth & ops strategies

Gain a deep understanding of the P2P product, including its features and user experience, collaborate with the product team to identify areas for improvement and implement product enhancements

Consistently and comprehensively communicate with key stakeholders to ensure the shared understanding of goals, deadlines and deliverables

Continuous market research to identify and leverage on growth opportunities for the product. Including but not limited to market comparison analysis, business opportunities recommendations and relevant local market news

Requirements

At least 7+ years of relevant experience in business development and growth roles in the fintech, payments or crypto industry.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.

Organized, meticulous and result-oriented, strong problem-solving & analytical skills.
