About Dlicom
Dlicom is an AI-powered SocialFi platform that combines encrypted communication, a self-custody multi-chain wallet, decentralized social experiences, and native monetization — powered by the $DLI token on Base (EVM).
We are looking for an experienced Global Growth Lead to help scale Dlicom across community, traffic, partnerships, and product user growth.
Role Overview
This role is focused on building and executing growth initiatives across X, Discord, Telegram, ecosystem programs, partnerships, and user acquisition.
We are looking for someone with strong Web3 experience who understands how to grow a live product through community-led growth, contributor programs, referral mechanics, collaborations, and high-quality traffic.
This is not a pure KOL buying or BD-only role. We are looking for a hands-on growth operator who can connect strategy and execution.
Main Focus
The main focus of this role is to help grow:
- Dlicom app user base
- community presence across X, Discord, and Telegram
- contributor and ambassador ecosystem
- user engagement and retention
- ecosystem participation and visibility
Responsibilities
- Build and execute growth initiatives across X, Discord, Telegram, and community channels
- Launch and improve contributor, ambassador, referral, affiliate, and UGC programs
- Support user acquisition for the live product and improve conversion from traffic to active users
- Develop and test incentive mechanics, activation strategies, and growth loops
- Plan and execute community-led campaigns, collaborations, and social growth initiatives
- Identify and manage growth opportunities with communities, creators, KOLs, and ecosystem partners
- Support app onboarding and activation flows together with internal teams
- Track performance across growth channels and programs, and improve execution based on results
- Work closely with marketing, product, BD, and community teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Growth, Marketing, or Ecosystem Growth, with strong Web3 experience
- Proven track record of helping grow Web3 projects, apps, or communities
- Strong experience in several of the following:
- community-led growth
- ambassador or contributor programs
- UGC programs
- referral or affiliate systems
- airdrop or incentive-based campaigns
- social growth across X, Discord, and Telegram
- ecosystem collaborations
- user acquisition for live products
- Strong understanding of Web3 user behavior, growth mechanics, and community engagement
- Ability to combine strategy with execution
- Strong ownership, communication, and reporting skills
- Professional fluency in English
- Experience working with both organic and paid growth channels is a plus
- Experience with SocialFi, consumer apps, trading products, or community-driven platforms is a plus
